About dental implants
A titanium implant is placed in the jawbone where the tooth root used to be. Once it has fused with the bone, we attach a custom ceramic crown that looks, feels and works like a natural tooth. Our quoted price includes the implant, the abutment and the crown, with no surprise add-ons. If you need a bone graft first, it is included in the upper price.
Who it's for
- Adults missing one or more teeth
- People who want a fixed tooth instead of a removable denture
- Patients with healthy gums and enough jawbone (or who can have a bone graft)
- Non-smokers, or smokers willing to stop while the implant heals
Benefits
- Looks, feels and works like a natural tooth
- Doesn't rely on cutting down neighboring teeth (unlike a bridge)
- Helps preserve the jawbone where the tooth was lost
- One all-inclusive price: implant, abutment and crown
What's included
- The titanium implant
- The abutment (connector)
- Your custom ceramic crown
- A temporary tooth while it heals, if the gap is visible
- Bone graft when needed (included in the upper price)
- Review after 1 month
What to expect
Your consultation includes a 3D CBCT scan ($250, credited to your treatment if you go ahead) so we can check bone volume and plan the exact position. Placement takes about 60–90 minutes under local anesthetic, and sedation is available. The whole process usually takes 3–6 months, mostly healing time.

- Number of visits
- 3–4 visits over 3–6 months

Recovery & aftercare
Soft foods for 3–5 days, cold compresses and over-the-counter pain relief usually do the job. Please don't smoke while the implant heals. Brush and floss your implant just like a natural tooth.
- Recovery
- Soft foods for 3–5 days; most people return to work the next day
Aftercare tips
- Soft foods for 3–5 days after placement
- Cold compresses and over-the-counter pain relief usually do the job
- Please don't smoke while the implant heals
- Brush and floss your implant just like a natural tooth, and keep up your check-ups
Possible side effects
- Swelling, mild bruising and tenderness for a few days after placement are normal.
- Implants occasionally fail to fuse with the bone; smoking and uncontrolled diabetes raise this risk. If one fails, we discuss options with you.
- If you need a bone graft, add around 3 months to your treatment time.

$3,600–$4,800 per tooth, including the implant, the abutment and the crown. The upper price includes a bone graft if you need one. With 0% financing for 12 months, a $3,600 implant is $300/month, subject to approval.

Will I have a gap while the implant heals?
